Overview At Big Sky Resort, our Food & Beverage Receivers are the backbone of our on-mountain dining operations, working independently to ensure supplies and equipment reach every location precisely when needed. You'll combine logistics expertise with machinery operation in Montana's rugged terrain, taking ownership of complex deliveries that keep our restaurants running seamlessly. This physically demanding role offers the unique opportunity to master snowcat operation while maintaining the meticulous standards that make exceptional dining possible. Responsibilities As a Receiver at Big Sky Resort, you’ll have the opportunity to: Receive, verify, and document food and beverage deliveries with precision, ensuring invoice accuracy and product quality Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies or damaged goods Maintain well-organized and impeccably clean storerooms, with proper product rotation and labeling Safely operate snowcats to transport goods from the Base Area to on-mountain restaurants—often in challenging conditions Conduct and document daily inspections of machinery and equipment Support restaurant operations by transporting firewood, clearing snow, placing patio furniture, and maintaining exterior cleanliness Manage waste disposal, including trash, recycling, and keg returns Assist with team member transport and supply runs Keep all fuel tanks filled and equipment operating efficiently Collaborate regularly with restaurant leadership, chefs, and the vehicle maintenance team Uphold all safety procedures, resort policies, and cleanliness standards Participate in daily meetings, team check-ins, and training opportunities Remain flexible and ready to assist with a wide variety of tasks to support your team and our guests Qualifications Recipe for Success  Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license Comfortable operating heavy machinery (snowcat) and working in remote and winter environments High personal standards and a strong eye for detail Ability to take initiative and work independently under variable conditions Calm under pressure and confident with problem solving Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds overhead Willing and able to work early mornings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays How to stand out  Submit a resume with your application Prior experience with snowcats, logistics, or food & beverage operations A demonstrated work ethic and enthusiastic willingness to learn All full time seasonal team members can enjoy the following benefits: FREE All Mountain Ski Pass and eligibility for Free or Discounted Tickets to other Montana Mountains and Boyne Resort properties Discounted vouchers for skiing at Big Sky Resort for friends and family Discounted ski/snowboard rentals with a free team member lesson 25%-50% off F&B and Retail at all Boyne outlets Eligibility for affordable Team Member Housing Lodging discounts for friends and family Discounted Lone Mountain Ranch Cross Country Ski Trail Pass Wellness Day and Eligibility for PTO Monthly team member events
