Food and Beverage Manager

La Paloma Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our thriving F&B operation and help deliver world-class service across all outlets, from upscale dining to casual bites, cocktails, and member events.

Compensation: $58k - $63k annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, snack shop, beverage carts, and special events. Forecasting business volumes and planning for success with staffing, costs, inventory, and productivity. Collaborating on creative menus and pricing with our Executive Chef & Director of Food and Beverage. Leading and developing a top-tier team through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews. Being the face of hospitality while building rapport with members and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Enforcing service standards and ensuring the club always shines—literally and figuratively! Maintaining all equipment, par levels, and cleanliness standards. Coordinating with other departments to flawlessly execute club events. Being hands-on during busy meal periods and assisting with bar and restaurant open/close procedures. Ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance at every step.
What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership. A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for formal hospitality education). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A positive, proactive attitude and a love for leading from the front. Tech-savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Must be 21+ years of age.
