Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading operations at the restaurants and other hospitality areas at Lambeau Field and Titletown. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,300 - $89,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Oversee daily operations of restaurants and premium areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality food, beverage, service, safety, and sanitation standards Lead and develop team members through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and accountability practices to foster growth and operational excellence Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control efforts for food and beverage, including menu planning and design in collaboration with chefs, managers, and clients Maintain strong client and guest relations by responding to requests, facilitating special projects, and ensuring consistent service standards Ensure compliance with company policies and alcohol regulations, while driving innovation through new procedures that elevate service 

More about youBachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, or related field highly preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment Multi-unit experience, preferredAt least two years of previous experience managing service personnel required Experience in effectively leading a team is required Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Alcohol certifications Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
