What are we looking for?

\n\nStrong knowledge of hotel/leisure/service sector\nRecord of success in Conference and Beverage, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty\nExceptional communication skills\nExceptional leadership skills to create a winning team\n\n

 

\n

The responsibilities we`ll trust with you as a F&B Floor Manager:

\n\nManage all Conference and Banqueting floor operations\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\n Awareness of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Conference and Banquet\nOptimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action\nMaintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers\n Ensure staffing levels cover business demands\nEnsure that training is carried out on an ongoing basis\nEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated\nManage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures\n Assist other departments wherever necessary\n\n
