About the role:

Downer is looking for dedicated and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality food and service to meet the needs of our client at Roma Mitchell Secondary College, Gepps Cross, while following Downer policies and procedures. 

Casual opportunities available, you must be available to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30am - 2:00pm  

Key Responsibilities:

Set up tables/trolleys prior to service and plate meals accordinglyServe food and beverages to students with a focus on customer satisfactionAssist in dishwashing, including crockery, pots, pans, and cleaning designated areas like fridges, sinks, and floorsMinimise waste and ensure food safety by adhering to State and Commonwealth regulatory requirements

About you:

Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive working environmentFast, efficient, and friendly customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and hygiene guidelinesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksEftpos and use of Digital till systems
