\nHilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.
\n\nWhat You'll be doing
\n\nProvide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.\nAccurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams.\nServe meals and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.\nSet up, clear, and reset tables in line with Hilton brand and hygiene standards.\nMaintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas, including dining spaces and workstations.\nPrepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages confidently and responsibly.\nEnsure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and liquor licensing regulations at all times.\nOperate POS systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.\nAssist in delivering seamless service during banquets, conferences, and special events as required.\n\nWhat We're Looking For
\n\nValid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (South Australia).\nPrevious experience in hospitality or a customer service-focused role.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nEnthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.\nAbility to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or other service items.\n\nHighly Regarded
\n\nExperience in hotel, fine dining, or multi-outlet food and beverage environments.\nBarista skills or cocktail-making experience.\nBasic understanding of HACCP or food and beverage safety standards.\nFamiliarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms.\nBenefits
