Our hotel showcases 189 guest rooms, including 12 exclusive suites. Guests will immerse themselves in the warm ambiance of our lobby bar, GLOW, indulge in culinary delights at the all-dining restaurant, OXBO, and enjoy breath-taking views at the chic Sky Bar, LOFT. The success of our hotel relies on hosting Meetings & Events for up to 500 guests, making it imperative to assemble a high-performing team committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience across all areas of our business.

This opportunity is working across both GLOW lounge and Terrace & LOFT Sky Bar as a Food and Beverage Assistant. We therefore require candidates to be flexible to work across the week (5 days from 7) with late evenings on a regular shift pattern basis to meet the operational shifts of the outlets.

A Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for working in our GLOW lounge and Terrace & LOFT Sky Bar and will work to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

What will I be doing? 

\n\nWelcome guests in a polite and friendly manner\nTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service \nPrepare set ups for tables and/or rooms \nFollow cash handling procedures \nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner \nUp-sell with latest departmental incentives \nEnsure compliance of brand standards \nStrive to achieve departmental targets \nEnsure cleanliness of work areas \nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation \nComply with local licensing laws\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships \n\n
