The Opportunity

As a focus topic lead for cleanroom control with focus on trending you have the oversight over all activities necessary for clean room trending in the production facilities in Kaiseraugst. This includes the concept development and the oversight of data for all production sites. You will be SPOC for data for the contamination control effectiveness check. In addition, you present the trending data in audits and inspections. 

 

Your area of ​​responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership and oversight of cleanroom control trending data, driving optimization projects in case of abnormalities.

Acting as Doc SPOC for the global community and ensuring excellent information flow.

Strategic conception, promotion, and implementation of optimizations in collaboration with E&S, manufacturing units, QA, and strategic partners (e.g., PTQ).

Creation and revision of SOPs, GMP documents, and handling changes, deviations, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Representing the cleanroom control unit during health authority inspections and audits.

Promoting Lean Production System (LPS) tools and innovative ideas to enhance quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and processes.

Collaborative work with manufacturing units and stakeholders to meet goals related to lead time, quality, and costs while adhering to SHE (safety, health, and environment) rules.

You hold a master degree in pharmaceutical- or life science, chemistry or engineering or similar education level and minimum 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production, monitoring or process development

Demonstrated success in building local and global networks, collaborating with key stakeholders, and delivering cross-functional projects effectively.

Strong understanding of governance, sustainability, operational excellence, and health authority requirements, with proven experience in inspections and technical changes.

Several years of experience in microbiology/hygiene concepts, reducing complexity, and applying quality systems, cGMPs, and safety principles.

Excellent communication and influencing skills in German and English, with additional experience in process digitization and entrepreneurial thinking in dynamic environments.
