We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Tech Lead to spearhead the development of high-performance mobile applications. You will lead a team of Flutter developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable mobile solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Flutter, mobile development best practices, and leadership capabilities.

Your role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Architect scalable and maintainable codebases using best practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of Flutter developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart trends, libraries, and tools.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new team members.

Your skills and experience

• 6 years of mobile development experience, with 2 years in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with application monitoring
• Experience with native Android/iOS development.
• Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend technologies.
• Experienced in finding solutions for performance and UI limitations of Flutter Experience with performance optimization and analytics tools.

The base salary range for the tagged location is [$86,900 - $192,460 ].This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
