We’re seeking a Team Assistant to provide high-level support to senior professionals (VP and Associate level) in a fast-moving, international environment. You’ll work alongside other assistants and coordinate with teams across global offices, helping to ensure operations run smoothly day to day.
What we’re looking for:Fluent French speaker (spoken and written, business level)1–2 years of experience in a support role – Team Assistant, Administation Assistant, PA, or CoordinatorExperience in calendar management, travel planning, and logisticsStrong communicator with a proactive and professional approachKey responsibilities:Managing busy calendars, international meetings, and conference calls across time zonesBooking global, multi-stop travel and preparing travel documents and visa applicationsProducing detailed itinerariesProcessing monthly expense reportsSupporting other assistants as needed and working collaboratively as part of a wider admin teamWhat’s on offer:6-month initial contract, with the potential to extend to 12–18 months, based on performanceFully office-based role – 5 days per weekA high-performing, supportive team that values precision, initiative, and teamwork£16.00 - £18.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday payIf you're fluent in French, thrive in a structured and fast-paced setting, and enjoy keeping things organised and running efficiently — we’d love to hear from you!
