Lead and manage the flowline engineering scope, including design, analysis, and documentation for subsea/deepwater flowlines.
Oversee detailed engineering of rigid and flexible flowlines, insulation systems, and appurtenances (e.g., FLETs, ILTs).
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes (e.g., DNV, API, ASME), and client requirements.
Coordinate with the subsea, pipeline, and installation teams to ensure seamless interface and execution.
Review contractor and vendor documentation, technical queries, and provide timely responses.
Support procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with engineering deliverables.
Manage interface with other engineering disciplines (structures, risers, controls, etc.) and project stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and ensure quality deliverables.
Support HSE initiatives and promote a culture of safety and integrity in design and execution.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Subsea, or Offshore Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in flowline engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead role on subsea/deepwater EPC projects.
Proven track record delivering flowline packages from FEED through detailed design and construction.
Deep understanding of offshore pipeline engineering, including route selection, thermal and mechanical design, and installation methodologies.
Familiarity with pipeline stress analysis tools (e.g., Caesar II, OrcaFlex, ABAQUS).
Experience with Indonesian and international offshore regulatory environments is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
