\nWe're now looking for a Flow Room First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

\n✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
\n\nDrive ASRS performance using SCADA, CCTV, WMS/WCS to maximise system uptime and efficiency.\nLead and support a team of Flow Room Controllers to deliver daily operational targets.\nMake fast, data-driven decisions to prevent bottlenecks and maintain flow.\nEnsure timely processing of all mail types and communicate KPIs to operational leaders.\nStep up to cover Flow Manager duties during absence.\nOwn and update SOPs for systems and flow room processes.\nAct as first-line support for system and mechanical issues raised by operations.\nDirect engineering teams to resolve faults and prioritise critical incidents.\nManage vehicle movements via YMS to optimise dock, yard, and trailer utilisation.\nAnalyse SCADA trends to identify recurring faults and support preventative maintenance.\nCoordinate with Engineering to ensure asset availability for PPM.\nReport and escalate system faults accurately to resolver groups and leadership.\nAdjust system parameters to maintain optimal product flow.\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships with warehouse, transport, and planning teams.\n\n\n

\n\nStrong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex information.\nExperience designing and maintaining flow room/system processes.\nProficient in SCADA and WMS platforms.\nAble to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.\nSolid understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) principles.\nCalm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment.\nAdaptable, open to new ideas, and responsive to change.\nSolution-focused, leveraging team expertise to resolve issues efficiently.\nManagement experience \n\n\n
