About the location:

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

What You Will Do

Lead all pre-opening activities related to floral design, including supplier selection, floral storage setup, and creating standard floral arrangements for various resort spaces.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for floral services across guest rooms, public areas, event spaces, and residences.

Create bespoke floral designs for weddings, VIP events, and high-profile guests in line with Four Seasons aesthetics.

Oversee floral arrangements in all guest areas, ensuring freshness, consistency, and elegance at all times.

Manage the sourcing and procurement of fresh flowers and materials, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring seasonal and sustainable selections.

Train and lead a small team of floral designers or assistants, maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.

Collaborate with departments such as Events, Residences, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping to tailor floral arrangements to specific needs and themes.

Maintain floral budgets, manage inventory, and control wastage through efficient planning and rotation.

Coordinate last-minute floral requests and special guest preferences with efficiency and discretion.

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas of floral preparation and display.

Continuously research floral trends and design techniques to ensure a contemporary, luxurious, and regionally appropriate presentation.

What You Bring

Previous experience as a Head Florist or Floral Manager in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale floral design studio.

Strong creative and technical floral design skills, with attention to color, composition, and seasonal trends.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.

Knowledge of floral storage, handling, and care practices.

Experience with large-scale arrangements and floral décor for luxury events and VIP guests.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism.

Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Schedule & Hours
