For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred (airport or commercial setting a plus). + Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. **Physical Requirements:** + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. **Responsibilities:** + Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record for the past year, and at least 21 years of age. + Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and extractors. + Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and polish various types of flooring (tile, carpet, concrete, etc.). + Perform routine and deep cleaning of high-traffic areas including terminals, hangars and restrooms. + Follow safety procedures and use appropriate signage to prevent accidents. + Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs. + Replenish supplies and ensure storage areas are clean and organized. + Work collaboratively with custodial and maintenance teams. + Always adhere to airport security and safety protocols. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
