Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

You will provide and maintain AAA service standards to all guests and team members. Utilize appropriate chemical solutions to clean designated areas. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and washing windows to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Empty trash bins and recycle bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials according to safety guidelines. Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of floors, including carpets, tiles, and other surfaces. Responsible for managing cleaning supply inventory and restocking supplies. Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and report the need for restocking to the supervisor. Apply appropriate cleaning solutions to sanitize high-touch areas and surfaces such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, handrails, and counters. Utilize two-way radio to communicate with leadership and team while maintaining professional etiquette. Must maintain and comply with department and company policies and regulations. Must abide with company grooming policy. Will be responsible for always maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Must participate in all mandatory departmental and companywide events and meetings. You must understand and execute AAA service standards. Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High School Diploma or GED is required. 1+ year experience with utilizing chemical products for cleaning. 1+ years’ experience of chemical mixing to create needed cleaning products. Must be able to operate mechanical machinery for polishing and rinsing floors. Hotel experience is highly preferred. Must have flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts, and overtime when needed. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Ability to earn and maintain Gaming License.  Valid Driver’s license.

Team members could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required. Additionally, Spanish, and/or Tagalog language skills highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
