For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Key Responsibilities:** + Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using manual and powered cleaning equipment. + Strip, wax, buff, and refinish hard surface floors. + Shampoo and extract carpets using appropriate cleaning methods. + Maintain cleanliness of baseboards, corners, and edges. + Safely operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and extractors. + Follow safety procedures and use proper signage to prevent accidents. + Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or needed repairs. + Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. + Collaborate with custodial and maintenance staff to ensure overall cleanliness. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services is a requirement. + Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment. + Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. **Work Environment:** + Physical work involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting. + Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment noise. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
