Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) required Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field (advantageous) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong knowledge of production processes, engineering practices, and safety standards Experience with CNC machines, fabrication, or mechanical assembly will be an advantage
