Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a part-time Floor Attendant at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Floor Attendant, you will monitor the gaming floor and assist guests with any enquiries.

What will you do?Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rulesProcess jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming proceduresAssist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiriesPerform minor repairs, makes adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tiltsPartner with your supervisor or technician if malfunctions require major repairs

More about youMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to obtain and maintain a New York State gaming licenseExcellent guest service and communication skillsAbility to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of moneyBasic gaming machine knowledge preferred
