About the role:
Maintain long term relationship with clients with an customer-centric mindsetManage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming callsReceive, greet, guide visitors including co-ordination with employeesResponsible for maintenance and upkeep duties of the front office/ concierge area – clean and presentable at all timesAdministrate meeting and conference room bookingsConduct thorough floor walk daily to ensure pantries, utility rooms and entire office areas are always in tip top condition for employees’ useProactively engage with clients regularly and maintain long-term positive relationshipResponsible for inventory management for amenities stocks for pantries, stationary corner, fitness facilities and mother care roomsHandle administrative activities to maintain good records for office supplies and order expensesCo-ordinate and assist with internal office eventsTechnical support – Be aware of faulty electrical items and help users to raise IT ticket and issue a work order for the technical teamSignage management – Ensure all e-display are updated with latest notice and outdated information are removed timelyAssist with ad-hoc tasks for meeting/business functionsEnsure compliance of regulations / requirements of managementWhat this job involves:

Together with the facilities management team, you’ll help ensure that clients, vendors, and employees enjoy a safe and positive experience. You’ll be trained to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm’s safety guidelines and strategies.
Your responsibilities also include but are not limited to: booking meeting rooms; managing office supplies inventory; handling paperwork on maintenance-related activities; and updating the phone directory and company brochures. You’ll also be expected to assist the facilities management team in overseeing contractors on-site and finding vendors and services.
