Our client, a growing company specializing in large marine parts manufacturing and finishing, is seeking a Floating Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Floating Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a dynamic warehouse environment supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floating Warehouse Associate

Location: Commerce, MI

Pay Range: $18+/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

Review blueprints and part specifications on a computer. Remove parts (up to 15 lbs) from a manual hanging line. Dip parts into a liquid solution and load parts into a power wash machine. Use a wire wheel to remove rough edges and rehang parts for powder coating. Assist in the powder coating process and transfer finished parts to Shipping & Receiving for packaging and shipment.

What's Needed?

Willingness to learn and rotate through different tasks and departments. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift and move parts up to 15 lbs. Strong attention to detail and safety. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
