This role reports to the Office Manager and works closely with the Office Services team to facilitate the smooth running of the office. Responsible for reception coverage, maintaining the office space, meeting support, supply management, and employee service requests. Be able to perform a variety of business tasks that require independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. Ideal candidates possess a pleasant and customer service-oriented demeanor, are proactive, hands-on, and independent problem-solvers who are also aware of their role in delivering overall team success. Highly effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills are critical to the position. Hours are 8-5 and will be in office 5 days.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide backup coverage to Receptionist and Facilities CoordinatorSupport with services tickets and ensure satisfactory completion of requestsProvide mailroom services, including sorting, distributing, collecting, and metering of mail and parcels on an accurate and timely basisProvide support with office catering set up and clean upResponsible for the organization and upkeep of mailroom/supply areasResponsible for meeting set-up and clean upResponsible for cleaning and organization of conference rooms and furnitureInspect and ensure that all supply and copy rooms are organized and stock inventoryOrganize and maintain inventory of kitchen suppliesOrganize and maintain inventory of conference room suppliesMaintain organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces, such as copy rooms, break out rooms, conference rooms, "mother" rooms and kitchen areas. Perform incidental cleaning, dusting, and other related tasks.Assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements
College Degree required2+ years of office expereince requiredMust be able to float between the 2 officesRoutinely able to lift up to 25 pounds of office related equipment, supplies and incoming and outgoing parcels.Must be flexible with responsibilities and time management.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities, with critical attention to detailExperience dealing with all levels of employees and visitors, while maintaining confidentialityDemonstrated initiative - possesses the motivation and willingness to go beyond what is required A1426636NY-Temp_1754494798 To Apply for this Job Click Here
