Job Description:

As a Floating Machine Operator, you are working with team members for a common goal of reaching productivity standards while using food safety principals and documentation. 

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate up to nine different machines including grinders and chopperCarefully measure and weigh ingredientsClean food manufacturing equipmentFollow SOPs to ensure production runs are completed in a timely mannerUse basic math skills to calculate injection percentages and mixing requirementsPerform general labor tasks as a Floating Operator

Education: High School

Physical:

Ability to work around raw meat in a cool, damp environmentAbility to work in colder temperatures, ranging 36-50 degreesAbility to follow direction and work with a teamAbility to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend frequently
