Job Summary
Our Float Pool team is a group of employees who are specially trained and readily available to seamlessly assimilate and stabilize clinical operations within our practices. We cover gaps due to unexpected call outs, long-term leaves, planned vacations, staffing vacancies, etc. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously to the top of your education/certification while also functioning as part of a collaborative team. We are seeking per diem RNs to pick up shifts Monday through Friday, but we can be flexible on exact days based on employee availability. In this role, you would be expected to cover various practices across the Pioneer Valley. Towns/cities include:
Amherst
Belchertown
Florence
Greenfield
Hadley
Northampton
South Deerfield
West Hatfield
Williamsburg
We do our best to keep all employees with their preferred geographic regions/specialty areas; however, float pool employees must be able and willing to commute to any of our locations during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of fluctuating staffing shortages (for cross-coverage purposes).

- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
