Job Overview The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the senior age residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines within our Assisted Living/Memory Care Communities. This nursing position is on call/casual hours; ability to pick up shifts ahead for pre-planned needs and for last minute needs This position provides support across the Ebenezer organization for our many Minnesota Assisted Living/Memory Care Community locations Casual/On-call schedule This opening with assist with weekend coverage Day/Evening/Night shift Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status Implements new and updates current resident care plan Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed Handles and coordinates timely and accurate medication and treatment administration Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required: Current MN RN license or by start date AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS) Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
