Job Overview Pick your own hours and shifts to fit your schedule The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the senior age residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines within our Assisted Living/Memory Care Communities. This nursing position is on call/casual hours; ability to pick up shifts ahead for pre-planned needs and for last minute needs This position provides support across the Ebenezer organization for our many Minnesota Assisted Living/Memory Care Community locations Day/Evening Casual/On-call schedule Weekends as needed Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status Implements new and updates current resident care plan Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed Handles and coordinates timely and accurate medication and treatment administration Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required: Current MN RN license or by start date AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS) Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
