Position: Float Physical Therapist
Location: Bergen/Passaic/Morris Counties
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience
Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan

This position will include a separate salary scale specific to the position and additional job duties and responsibilities.
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.Possesses training and education which allows him/her to assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out prescribed treatment program.Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.Additional:
· Will have defined number of centers to support within a geographic region for continuity of care
· Will have a defined schedule
· Reimbursed for mileage over and above home center
· Eligible for career ladder advancements
