About the location:

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ensure proper communication is followed between departments on ensuring a seamless stay for guest experience.

Managing the Inbox i.e. Flights or any additional assigned to follow through for request.

Ensure communication with IDC (Island Development Company) and other Third Parties is kept on professional level.Take booking/reservations of Guest, staff, Vendor and Third Parties for flights and transfers of guest from Domestic Airport to FS Mahe.Updating P&C team for staff & third party updates on daily basis and advising any changes in advance.Manage all private charter request from Guest and third parties Managing the allocation of flights in the flight system.Connecting and Liaising with Guest Relation and Reservation team in ensuring the Domestic flights.Ensure all guest arrival and departure to and from Four Seasons Desroches have flight booked.Log all guest flight information in KEY and maintain proper communication with guest in regards the flights.Assisting the Flight and Front office team to ensure a seamless experience.Ensure Weekly planner, Passenger list are accurate and have all information required (Passport details, international flight etc.)Log all guest flight information in KEY and maintain proper communication with guest in regards the flights.Ensure all guest are properly charged for flights along with fix cost and information placed in the Opera system.Prepare Month end report for Finance in regards to the third party (IDC, DIDL etc.) charges.Assist in answering telephone call (Internal and External) as per business requirement.Assist in Arrival and Departure along with Front office team during Crunch times.Provide management with monthly inventory of operating, printing and stationary supplies.Work closely with RAM/FOM to ensure an alert is raised in case of any flight issue arises.Assist the Front office department with special requirements such as guided activities/tours for FAM TRIPS/COMP stays during crunch times.Handle guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping FO Management well informed and ensure proper follow-up and Glitches are reported.Systematically conduct standards tests during shifts and communicate training and re-training needs to manager.Understand and respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff.To assist on any additional task in other department required as per operational demands.Always maintain cleanliness of working area.
