\t\t\t\t\tRole Summary:As a Flight Software Developer, you will be a key member of the Flight Software Team, contributing to the design, development, integration, and testing of real-time embedded software for space vehicles. You will work within the software pipeline, leveraging modern CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies to deliver high-reliability software for mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities:•\tDesign and implement real-time embedded software in C++ for VxWorks-based systems.•\tCollaborate with systems, hardware, and test teams to ensure seamless software integration.•\tParticipate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.•\tDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds and testing.•\tSupport software verification and validation in lab environments and on flight hardware.•\tPrepare for and support the transition of the program into a classified environment.

\t\t\t\t\tRequired Qualifications:•\tProficiency in C++ development for embedded systems.•\tHands-on experience with VxWorks or other RTOS.•\tStrong understanding of real-time embedded systems.•\tExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.•\tFamiliarity with Agile software development practices.•\tProficient in Git for version control.•\tMust be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.•\tMust be able to work on-site (9/80 schedule)Desired Qualifications:•\tExperience developing software for space applications or satellite systems.•\tBackground in Flight Software development.•\tKnowledge of Command & Telemetry systems.•\tFamiliarity with Boeing development environments and tools is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/hr.
