We’re actively seeking experienced and passionate Flight Nurses to become part of a dedicated clinical team providing advanced pre-hospital care in high-acuity transport settings. **About the Role:**
As a Flight Nurse, you’ll be part of a high-performance crew delivering essential care during air or ground transport. You’ll handle a wide range of clinical situations, responding quickly to patient needs and collaborating closely with fellow clinicians and emergency personnel.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Deliver advanced clinical care during medical transports
+ Perform assessments, administer treatment, and document interventions
+ Participate in ongoing training and professional development
+ Support community outreach and operational initiatives
+ Collaborate with other team members to maintain high standards of service and safety
**Schedule:**
+ Typical rotation usually includes 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Active RN license in the state of employment
+ At least 3 years of recent emergency or critical care experience (5+ preferred)
+ Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
+ Additional trauma certifications required (e.g., TNCC, ITLS, or equivalent)
+ Advanced transport credentials (CFRN) within 24 months of hire
+ Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively in dynamic situations
+ Must meet medical and physical qualifications for transport team readiness

**Pay Details:** $82,000.00 to $117,982.00 per year
