If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to use your critical care expertise in a unique and impactful way, this is your opportunity. **About the Role:** As a Flight Nurse, you’ll be part of a high-performance crew delivering essential care during air or ground transport. You’ll handle a wide range of clinical situations, responding quickly to patient needs and collaborating closely with fellow clinicians and emergency personnel. **What You'll Do:** + Deliver advanced clinical care during medical transports + Perform assessments, administer treatment, and document interventions + Participate in ongoing training and professional development + Support community outreach and operational initiatives + Collaborate with other team members to maintain high standards of service and safety **Schedule:** + Typical rotation usually includes 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off **What We're Looking For:** + Active RN license in the state of employment + At least 3 years of recent emergency or critical care experience (5+ preferred) + Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS + Additional trauma certifications required (e.g., TNCC, ITLS, or equivalent) + Advanced transport credentials (CFRN) within 24 months of hire + Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively in dynamic situations + Must meet medical and physical qualifications for transport team readiness **Compensation & Benefits:** **Why Join Us?** + Location-based bonus opportunities + Sign-on incentives available for qualified candidates + Robust training programs and continuing education + Supportive, mission-driven team culture + Opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding role that directly impacts lives **A Commitment to Excellence:** We are proud to uphold a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and service.
