Airbus Flight Academy Europe dont le siège est situé à Champniers (agglomération d’Angoulême, Charente) est une filiale à 100% d’Airbus.

Créée en 2006 sur la base aérienne de Cognac, Airbus Flight Academy Europe fournit les moyens et services de formation des écoles de pilotage de l’armée de l’air et de la marine nationale dans le cadre de la formation élémentaire et avancée des pilotes militaires sur les bases de : Avord, Cognac, Lann-Bihoué, Lanvéoc et Salon de Provence, Saintes et Romorantin.

En 2019, la société décide de déployer sa propre capacité de formation de pilotes ab-initio sur le site de Champniers. Ainsi, Airbus Flight Academy Europe propose une formation de pilote de ligne intégrée (ATPi) sur la base de l’Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme.

Depuis sa création, Airbus Flight Academy Europe a délivré plus de 525 000 heures de vol et 131 000 heures de simulateurs. Afin de soutenir ses activités, la société maintient quotidiennement plus de 100 appareils.

Description du poste

Effectuer les vols d’instruction au profit des différents stagiaires de l’ATO et/ou de la société Construire et dispenser les cours théoriques au profit des stagiaires pilotes de l’Approved Training Organisation (ATO) et/ou de la société, conformément aux procédures et à la réglementation en vigueur Suppléer, le cas échéant, les pilotes/planificateurs de la société pour les vols dédiés au bureau opérations

Taches et missions

Préparer, effectuer et suivre les différents vols d’instruction incombant à l’ATO et/ou à la SociétéDispenser les cours sur simulateur et sur avion Encadrer les stagiaires pendant la totalité de leur formation Développer une méthode pédagogique en fonction de son auditoire Concevoir les supports de formation Rédiger les cours théoriques et en assurer la dispense au profil des différents stagiaires pilotes, dans le respect de la réglementation

Profil et qualité

Qualifications minimales : Commercial Pilot License (CPL+IR), Flight Instructor (FI) non restreintQualifications FI-extension IR et/ou ME, IRI et/ou CRI sont un plusExpérience dans l'enseignement et la pédagogieBilingue anglais ou natif : minimum FCL 055 niveau 5 et/ou TOEIC 800 minimum. Toute l'instruction est réalisée en anglaisBon niveau de français : minimum FCL 055 niveau 4. Un bon niveau est nécessaire pour comprendre certaines informations en vol qui peuvent être données en français par les autres pilotes ou tours de contrôle

Tasks and missions

Prepare, carry out and follow the various instructional flights required by the ATO and/or the CompanyProvide flight training on the aircraft and on the simulatorSupervise the trainees throughout their trainingDevelop a teaching method according to the audienceDesigning training materialsTo draw up theory courses and deliver them to the various pilot trainees, in compliance with the regulations

Profile and Requirements

Commercial Pilot License (CPL+IR), Flight Instructor (FI) with no restrictionFI-IR extension and/or ME, IRI and/or CRI qualifications would be appreciatedExperience in teachingEnglish fluent : FCL 055 Level 5 expected and/or TOEIC 800 at least. All instruction is in English.French fluent : FCL 055 Level 4 expected. Good level in French is required to understand in-flight information that may be given in French by local pilots or control towers.
