Job DescriptionPrimary Duties (70%)
Perform Functional Test Procedures (FTP), pre-flight, post-flight, and daily inspections on completed aircraftTroubleshoot, rig, repair, and replace aircraft systems including landing gear, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, engines, anti-icing, ventilation, and fuel systemsExecute planned and unplanned maintenance activities per technical documentationPerform post-dock maintenance, safety checks, and final readiness inspectionsDocument work in compliance with company procedures and aviation standardsOperate ground support equipment including tow bars, hydraulic carts, refuel/defuel systems, jacks, and liftsTechnical Proficiency & Team Contribution (20%)
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals (AMM, IPC, CMM, SB, FTP)Use test equipment, torque wrenches, calipers, and powered/non-powered toolsPerform sealing operations and apply knowledge of sealant characteristics and techniquesAdhere to Airbus safety policies, OSHA standards, and use of PPEParticipate in root cause analysis, 5S, FOD control, and daily SQCDP meetingsMentor and support fellow technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practicesOther Duties (10%)
Support confined space and high-access workCoordinate with team leads regarding schedules, supplies, and toolsOperate equipment such as cranes, forklifts, cherry pickers, and lifting platformsPerform other tasks as assigned to support flightline operationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance or manufacturingValid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) LicenseValid Driver’s LicenseMust be able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be eligible for international travel (valid passport or ability to obtain one)Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of flightline experience under FAA, EASA, or TCCA regulationsVocational or technical training in aircraft maintenanceExperience in an OEM or repair station environmentAdditional InformationHere’s a heads-up of the upcoming steps:
