About The Role
We are hiring a FlexSave Administrator for a six-month contract based in our Woodbridge, Ontario office, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will support the onboarding of new clients, enroll employees, and provide day-to-day service for our innovative FlexSave product. You will manage a high volume of claims, perform accurate data entry, and deliver outstanding customer support. This position reports to the Manager, FlexSave, and may also include participation in special projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is eager to gain experience within the insurance industry.
 

What You’ll Do

Process a high volume of FlexSave claims with strong attention to accuracy

Audit and document new FlexSave applications

Support the onboarding of new clients

Provide ongoing support to clients, becoming a subject matter expert on our FlexSave product

Process daily deposits

Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, including broker inquiries

Follow up on pending applications and claims to ensure timely processing

File and organize claims documentation

Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with compliance standards and corporate procedures

Contribute to special projects as assigned by the Manager, FlexSave

What You’ll Need for Success

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2 years’ of customer service or administrative experience is required (Experience with Group Insurance and/or Health Care Benefits considered an asset)

Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong and accurate data entry, processing and administrative skills with basic mathematical skills

Ability to multitask, effectively time manage and exercise initiative while completing tasks

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent and effective communication skills both written and verbal

Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and handling a high volume of calls

Customer focused, a strong team player with a positive attitude
