The Senior Manager for Performance Accountability - Technology Products is responsible for the analysis, planning, and coordination of technology activities for the QPower and QA Site systems. This role will collaborate with Performance Accountability business partners, a mix of internal Marriott technology teams, and 3 rd party vendors to drive the successful delivery of solutions. This includes enterprise compliance, security, and technical due diligence projects. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining a well-groomed product backlog of changes to support the integration and cutover with a new guestVoice platform. The Senior Manager will demonstrate management skills and leadership in a highly matrixed environment. They must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on numerous competing priorities. The candidate will have an analytical and technical background with a proven record of creative solutioning and problem-solving. In addition, the candidate will have experience in evaluating SaaS/COTS solutions and developing multi-year technology product roadmaps. The Senior Manager will perform the following activities: + Coordinate and drive the cross-functional execution of key development activities with our 3 rd party vendors, internal technology teams, and business partners + Define and socialize product requirements - document use cases, workflows, and wireframes to support development + Coordinate testing and acceptance of system changes between vendors and MI business partners + Coordinate with support teams for problem resolution + Evaluate product improvements and new technical solutions to align with business objectives The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $85.14 per hour.
