Flex Site Officer - Weekly Pay!

ALL Shifts Available: Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week (1st & 2nd / 2nd & 3rd / 1st & 3rd)

**Weekend availability needed & will be stationed at various site locations**

Rate: $21.00/Hour (eligible to receive up to $23/hour based on performance)

What Your Day May Look Like

Provide security coverage for short-term, special security assignmentsAssist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site and training newly assigned permanent officersWeekend and holiday availability neededSupport staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.Conflict resolution and de-escalationSecure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premisesProvide high level of customer service to clients, employees, and guests.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid Driver's License and clear driving history requiredStandard computer / technology skills neededCustomer service background preferredPrior security experience a plusMust be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerMust be able to conduct patrols throughout shiftMust have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
