Fleet Lead Job ID 230686 Posted 23-Jul-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico **About the Role:** As our Fleet Lead, you will be the driving force behind the efficient and cost-effective management of our technician service vehicle fleet across a region. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our vehicles, from acquisition and outfitting to maintenance, replacement, and everything in between. **Key Responsibilities:** + Forecast and plan for vehicle needs, working closely with various teams to understand demand. + Analyze and recommend the most effective vehicle solutions, optimizing costs and performance. + Manage vehicle replacement schedules based on condition and cost analysis. + Coordinate with sourcing to acquire vehicles, fit them out, and manage maintenance packages. + Ensure alignment between operational requirements, vehicle specifications, and maintenance. + Evaluate and recommend maintenance service plans. + Collaborate with risk management to align vehicles, drivers, and safety programs. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + At least 5 years proven experience in fleet vehicle management and vehicle mechanics/maintenance + Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. + Strong financial knowledge and the ability to conduct financial analysis. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Valid Driver's License. + Willingness to travel up to 10%. _When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
