The Fleet Engineer will support on the management of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as Reliability, Availability, Downtime and Target Between Overhauls. Since a general perspective, the Fleet Engineer will support on the following tasks (Related for Solar Turbines products): + Maintenance management by means of online advanced diagnostics + Remote Troubleshooting + Condition Assessments of Solar turbomachinery systems + Inventory optimization of Solar parts through consolidation between assets. + Developing strategies to increase availability and reliability of Solar turbomachinery products. Some of the expected skills are the following: + Fundamentals on technical, administrative proficiency and knowledge of gas turbine/turbomachinery equipment and Combined Cycle/Power Generation/Oil and Gas processes. + Must be able to understand, evaluate and analyze complex technical information. + Must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, both within a team environment and with minimum supervision, have a strong sense of urgency. + Extensive periods working from the Solar office, customer office and frequent trips to equipment sites will be necessary occasionally. + The Fleet Engineer position is aligned with the Solar's corporative Career Ladder as part of the professional growth of all the Solar Turbine's employees. + He/she must have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical internal and external customers and poses strong interpersonal skills. + **Strong English proficiency is required (Written, Oral and Listening).** + **Engineering Degree is preferred** **This position requires a 5-days in office schedule.** **Relocation not offer.** **Selected applicant may be able to work from** **Veracruz** **, considering traveling around 50% of the time.** **Posting Dates:** June 23, 2025 - July 7, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
