Overview: The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Transdev managed fleet of vehicles (Roadside Assistance and AUX/Training) is available at the agreed SLA to meet the operations need. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the fleet, procurement of the needed supplies, relationship with third party vendors, and other requests based on the need of the business. Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The below represents the standard Corporate Policy. Competitive compensation package of minimum $33.00 – Maximum $38.00 Benefits include:

• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate maintenance of the Roadside assistance fleet with the operations team and maintenance vendors. Measure performance, identify opportunities for improvements and address any program issuesMonitor, triage, verify and prioritize unplanned maintenance requestsHands-on troubleshooting/repair of minor issues - examples: flat tire, wiper blades, fuses, etc.Coordinate work with Operations Site Leads, Site Coordinators and Fleet Deployment Specialists as neededOrganize bring up of new vehicles joining the fleetMaintain accuracy of data in the Fleet tracking toolsCoordinate with the operations and the safety and compliance teams to complete post-collision reportingManage Roadside assistance supplies, re-order as needed using established proceduresCoordinate the fleet cleaning program with the approved vendor. Measure performance, identify opportunities for improvements and address any program issuesCoordinate Auxiliary and Training fleet maintenance with the vendorTroubleshoot fleet management procedures as needed, in coordination with the fleet managerAbility to create, generate and present reports on TAS FleetAll other duties as requiredRequired Education and Experience:
Associates degree (and /or equivalent job experience) Previous FDS, SC, and/or Calibration Associate experience, or 3 years prior experience in fleet management, project coordination, or similar activities at a growing company is preferred.Experience in vendor relationship management.Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):Proficient with Google Suite and ability to learn systems quickly.Strong time management skills with superior attention to detail; including the ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneouslyDemonstrate strengths in the areas of service and team skills, including evidence of ability to work independently and in close conjunction with othersMust think strategically; identify issues and find a reasonable solutionAbility to complete basic hands-on vehicle maintenance tasksProven people skills, oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, in order to effectively build relationships with internal and external customersExperience dealing with a variety of employees in all levels of the company in a professional mannerProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or similar Google toolsTravel up to 10% based on business need Physical Requirements:Frequent standing, walking, sitting, Use hands to finger; handle, or feel; and talk or hearMust use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Occasionally required to lift up to 45 poundsMay work in extreme heat and cold, and in damp environment with moderate noiseMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed including overtime.Most work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.Pre-Employment Requirements:
