As Fleet Manager you will have an overall responsibility to manage fleet of company cars (500 passenger cars) across multiple regions – Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Serbia. As this position is an integral part of Indirect Procurement team centered in Bratislava you will have a unique opportunity to work alongside team of professional buyers and commodity managers. This position provide a unique opportunity to develop and execute International Fleet Strategy with a focus on sustainability and electrification while managing overall cost.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage International Fleet program with 500 passenger cars across EU Development, direction and execution of EU Fleet Strategy Manage sourcing and negotiation process with leasing companies Negotiate International discounts with OEM & car dealers Close collaboration with various stakeholders especially Regional Finance and Human Resources Ensure overall compliance and adherence to International Fleet Policy Track, monitor and report TCO on monthly bases – leasing rate, fuel cost, insurance cost & maintenance Support Finance department with budget planningand manage working capital Optimize fleet cost by deploying innovative strategies, conduct buy versus lease analysis Day to day operation includes but are not limited to – new car approval, vehicle reallocation and recalculations, customer service Monthly KPI report out to EMEA Procurement Leadership Monitor market trends and deploy best business practicesTo be successful you will have:
University Education ( Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree In Economics / Management At least 4 – 5 years of experience managing International Fleet Program across multiple countries Fluent in English languageand have worked in an International or corporate environment. German language is an advantage. Proven track record of strong negotiation skills within Fleet Management environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships on various levels Flexible, open minded with “can do” attitude Ability to react to fast changing and demanding market situation Stress resistantBenefits
