Primary Purpose The Fleet Analyst plays a key role analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making within United Site Services. The Analyst will work with various data sources and tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and communicate their findings to relevant stakeholders. This position is crucial in facilitating data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency. Essential Functions Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights from data, identify trends, correlations and report on data and system performance to support data-driven decision-making. Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate the results of data analysis to stakeholders. Present data in an understandable and visually appealing manner using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software. Customize reports to meet the specific needs of various departments and stakeholders. Interpret and translate data findings into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Automate routine reporting processes and create templates for regular reports, saving time and resources. Collaborate with business units to understand their specific reporting requirements. Develop and maintain automated reporting processes and tools to streamline data delivery. Gather data from different sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through data validation processes, such as data cleansing and normalization. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the performance of various business processes. Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by management to address specific business questions or concerns. Present findings to support immediate decision-making. Maintain documentation of data sources, analysis methods, and report generation procedures for reference and auditing purposes. Analyze current business systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to address data-related questions and challenges. Perform other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary Range $57,500.00 – $83,400.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
