This position is responsible for supporting the Fleet Department in weekly reporting and updates. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of new vehicle production, and work closely with multiple vendors to de-conflict issues and maximize efficiency. The incumbent will reconcile information across multiple databases to ensure accuracy and consistency. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of fleet experience.

Manages and updates production schedule, reconciles it against budget calculations, and tracks new vehicle status from order to delivery.Ensures full compliance with company branding requirements.Develops repair vs retire decision whether repairs or replacement are optimal for aged equipment. Assists in development of Fleet Method of OperationManages the recall process for all OEMs, logs the information, identifies affected units, and notifies field managementSets up new vehicles in all company systems.
