Role Definition We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead to work as Lead Flashfile Integration and Validation Engineer with min 7+ years of exp, proficient in Vector Calibration Data Management (vCDM), Canape, dSPACE HiL Environment and Automation tools. The candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of the customer requirements with right quality. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with improving the performance wherever there is performance improvement is needed and shd also possess effort estimation skills and working within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities • Integrates the engine software calibrations with the core engine software and validate the integrated software to verify the performance and emission characteristics of the software, before it is delivered to the production team. • Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. • Planning and improving engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient and cost-effective. • Collaborating with all functional areas, (Application leads, performance and emission leads, calibration, etc.) to provide a solution that meets the requirements of the customer and dealer network. Degree Requirement Degree required: Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical curriculum with 7+ Years of experience.
