The Fixed Operations Anaylist is responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing the service, parts, and collision repair departments to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership efficiency. Key responsibilities include analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing and monitoring budgets, improving workflows, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with other dealership departments. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of truck dealership operations, and a focus on continuous process improvement and customer retention. Fixed Operations Analyst Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports, reporting tools, and databases used to support Fixed Operations. Collect, summarize, and utilize data to produce monthly reporting and management presentations. • Provide meaningful insights based on results & deliver recommendations for forecasting, for sales and margin opportunities, and for process improvements on an ongoing basis. • Perform market and sales financial analysis using Polk data and various financial and sales metrics in order to identify trends and opportunities in order to achieve the business plan. • Maintain current reporting systems and data. This includes identifying and correcting any reporting issues and providing user support and guidance regarding report content. • Respond quickly and effectively to new user requests, including evaluation of end user needs, design, documentation, development, test and deployment of new reports / dashboards • Utilize Access and Excel to develop, maintain, and verify accuracy of financial reporting • Assist Field Management with system support / general usage • Coordinate meetings between corporate and dealership management • Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services • Work closely with accounting department and fixed operations managers to develop and document reporting processes • Potential for up to 25% travel Fixed Operations Analyst Requirements: Education and Experience - A Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting and three years experience in financial/operational analysis, controlling or business unit accounting is required.
