What You'll Do We’re looking for four Fixed Income summer interns to join our team for summer 2026. The interns will have the opportunity to work on one of the following teams: Structured Product, High Yield, Investment Grade, and another to share time on a combination of teams such as Multi-Sector, Product, or as a Portfolio Management Associate role. The internship will culminate in a final presentation on your investment recommendation. Who You Are Working towards a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, business analytics, math, statistics, sciences (with investment coursework) or a related major If undergrad, completion of intermediate level coursework in finance by the summer of 2026 Strong finance, data, and logical/math skills Quantitative analysis experience through coursework or experience Additional exposure to investment concepts through involvement in student organizations or work experiences Skills That Will Help You Stand Out 3.5 GPA or higher Exposure to FactSet, Bloomberg, or similar Strong Excel experience The ability to interact well in verbal and written communications Exceptional organizational skills Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. This amount is intended to support incidental expenses you may incur as part of your internship.
