**Location:** 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114 **Job Title:** Fixed Income Salesperson, Structured Products **Location:** New York, Chicago, Boston, Cleveland, Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Charlotte **About the Job:** Our Structured Products Sales and Trading team is expanding. We’re searching for an energetic and ambitious individual for the Institutional Fixed Income Sales Department within KeyBanc Capital Markets. Our Capital Markets division is collegial, fast paced, competitive and puts a premium on being a team player. We are active in both new issue and secondary and have seasoned specialized traders. Fixed Income Salesperson is responsible for growing market share with the firm’s client base while providing outstanding overall customer service. Developing strong partnerships with key business leaders throughout the organization will be a top priority while maintaining a positive work environment for all. We offer competitive commission on both new-issue and secondary business **Key Responsibilities** : + **Client Relationship Management** : Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients. + **Product Knowledge** : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fixed income structured products, including equity-linked notes, reverse convertible bonds, structured investment products, credit-linked notes, and collateralized debt obligations. + **Sales Strategy** : Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. + **Market Analysis** : Monitor market trends and provide clients with timely insights and recommendations. + **Customized Solutions** : Work with clients to understand their investment objectives and provide customized structured product solutions. + **Compliance** : Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience + Must have an existing book of business + 7+ years experience in Structured Products sales + Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities + Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills + High level of personal integrity and ability to consistently deliver high quality work product + Excellent high level interpersonal and excellent communication skills + Ability to develop relationships + Desire to sell and capacity to learn quickly + Travel approx. 25% + Series SIE, 7 & 63 Licenses COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn commission and deferred incentive compensation.
