Job DescriptionAs Fixed Assets Analyst the main responsibilities will be:
*Responsible for complying in a timely manner with the requirements established by internal control, EY, Mex. Government, etc.
*Create tickets for capitalization, retirements and changes in master data for Fixed Assets
*Coordinate with Controlling team the physical inventory
*Ensure preparation of Fixed Assets Reports, special requirements, internal and external, analysis and explanation of variances
*Tracking of overdue assets under construction
*Preparation of reports related to Fixed Asset´s according to the Maquiladora´s IMMEX program
*Develop improvements to the procedures to have better results (automation of manual work)
*Ensure all the FA Transactions accomplish with the CD, and legal requirements, sales and disposition proofs.
QualificationsSAP knowledge
MS Office expertise (Excel and Powerpoint)
English 70% or more
Ability to work in team
Accounting or business administration career
Fixed Assets Experience 1-2 years
