This role is based in Mokopane, Limpopo.

Job Description

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Attend and conduct Safety meetingConducts and participate in Risk assessmentsAllocate tasks to subordinatesAttend to Breakdowns and emergencies as requiredEnsure that material, spares and equipment are available as requiredEnsure proper and adequate on the job training and coaching is provided to subordinatesComply to environmental requirementsExercise judgment with regards to replacement of componentsMaintains a high quality of workTimely and accurate informationRecords results of all legal examinations in the appropriate formatWorks in a sequence that prioritizes work requirementsCompleting job cards and description of work and spares used (PM’s)Performing work to the required standards and specificationsApplying appropriate tools to complete tasksReport to foreman any hazards or risk that may lead to incidentsReport to foreman any substandard found during inspectionEnsuring safe environment in the area of responsibility

This role is at a Band C2 level reporting to the Senior Engineering Foreman.
