The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Greet and acknowledge all members, in-house guests, and colleagues; conduct gym inductions, health appraisals, and fitness assessments, ensuring members are entered into the Technogym Wellness System with tailored fitness programs. + Deliver personal training sessions to generate revenue and meet financial targets; run small group fitness classes, large indoor and outdoor group sessions, and aqua aerobics classes during the summer. + Ensure the gym, including cardio, resistance, free weights, studio, and office areas, is clean and well-maintained; promote safe training techniques and adherence to property rules and regulations. + Assist gym users with exercise advice and ensure safety; cover peak times on the gym floor, helping guests and members as needed; support other departments, including reception, kids' club, and pool operations when required. + Assist with special events and activities; run sessions as part of The Hub activities schedule and contribute to the sports and leisure team’s initiatives. + Report for duty in complete uniform with a name badge; adhere to shift schedules while being flexible to changes; consistently uphold the Jumeirah Code of Conduct. **About you:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + 2 years of experience in a similar role with a recognized qualification/certification in Fitness Training. + Excellent communication skills, service-oriented, and attentive to detail and quality standards. + Ability to perform personal training and lead multiple group classes for both adults and kids. + Dynamic personality with a positive attitude, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. + Hospitality-driven, focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. **About the Benefits:** Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who likes to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
