As a Fishing Tool Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of fishing and intervention tools. You'll be responsible for installation, repairs, and routine servicing, both in the shop and on-site. Additionally, you'll contribute to business growth by promoting Weatherford's products and services.

Operate and maintain fishing equipment in the shop and field Perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned and rental equipment Assist in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment for optimal performance Provide on-site services as neededRequirements:
You possess fishing and intervention knowledge, along with workover, drilling, and rig experience You have a high school diploma or equivalent, and general product knowledge You have strong mechanical abilities to perform repairs, and a valid driver's license You possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel You are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions and work closely with fellow employees
