The Role As a fish processing plant worker, your duties include, but are not limited to: Cutting, cleaning, trimming, filleting, and scaling fish. Inspecting fish fillets to determine the optimal number and size of fillet sections. Install and operate machinery to clean, cut, process, and package fresh fish products in accordance with our safety and quality operating procedures. Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and compliance with company standards, making any necessary adjustments. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Pack or wrap fish for shipping.
