As a Fiscal/Office Manager, you will be part of the administrative team supporting various programs. Pay Range: $40,000 - $55,000
What's the Job?
Provide support to program administrative and supervisory staff, including coordinating formal communications and handling general inquiries. Document financial transaction details and monitor transactions; prepare and file financial documents; process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with payroll processing and track payroll data; work with outside accountants as needed. Maintain personnel records and assist in the development and monitoring of contracts with funding sources. Support and guide program staff in the absence of administrative staff, ensuring confidentiality is protected for all individuals associated with the agency.What's Needed?
Associate degree in accounting, small business management, or a related field, plus a minimum of six months of experience with administrative support duties. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and payroll processing. Knowledge of fiscal laws related to financial compliance within Federal, Pennsylvania State, and local laws. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects effectively. Strong communication skills to convey complex data clearly and effectively.What's in it for me?
